Scenario 2 Martial Arts Training Exercises

Mirror mirror on the wall ... Scenario Training

You have your ideas as you pass through a window? Do you have straight hair or admire himself every time your image in a mirror? (Yes, I know a lot of martial arts who seek his love. Becoming a psychologist, you add this statement is only there.)

If you are the type that does not disturb or take the time to always look in the mirror, I would suggest thatStart. And for those who are already curious mirror, you must adjust your attention:

For this exercise, you need a mirror on the wall. If an entire wall of the dojo is a solid mirror, I would like to cover part of the wall. No unfair advantage with extra reflections permitted (Where's my copy of "Enter the Dragon?")

Ok, you're ready for the scenario of education?

Scenario Training - Distance Recognition

Do you have a person standing in frontmirror. Line up all the other on the back of the room.

The person in front of the mirror, closes his eyes.

Someone steps on the line and calmly about 10 meters away from the person mirror. The game is open for the person mirror, his eyes, and go to quickly find where the aggressor "in a watch. The mirror is 12:00 Clock. The person directly behind the mirror is 6:00. On the left you will be from 7:00, 8:00, 9:00, and so on.

The person in front of the mirror is waitingagain with his eyes closed, while the student is quietly positioned next to another (or the same point). Eyes open, and the position will be identified quickly, without turning away from the mirror. Use a quick look in the mirror for your warning.

Note: You can practice with one partner. The only person quiet location to another location, when the eyes are closed.

Scenario Training - struggles for recognition andAnswer

When connected quick look in the mirror and identification, then it's time to put the attackers used an almost touching. Or the person behind the mirror directly to the right or left. Think of touching, almost.

The victim opens his eyes ... and reacts immediately.

Enough said.
